Delivery
Your standard, flag, and center post grids are delivered unassembled, while cross grids are ready for installation directly on your windows. The package is delivered directly to the nearest pickup location. Depending on the length of the grids and the weight of the order, delivery may need to be scheduled directly to your door.

Assemble the Grids
With our unique concept, you can easily assemble your grids. Cross and flag grids come pre-assembled for easy installation on your windows.

Mounting Tools and Clips Included
To simplify the installation, we have developed tools for vertical and horizontal placement of the clips. These are of course always sent with your order along with the clips and acid-resistant stainless nails that withstand the toughest weather conditions year after year without rusting.

Clip Marking for Vertical Grid Strips!
Insert the tool into the milled slot until it stops. You receive as many tools as you have horizontal grid strips. Ensure that the grid set is correctly oriented, top upwards. Place the vertical grid set against the glass and against the upper glass strip, use a sharp pencil to make the markings in the notches on the tools. Repeat on the other side, remember to move the tools to the opposite side of the grid strips, do not turn upside down.

Clip Marking for Horizontal Grid Strips!
Now, use the tool that fits in the horizontal grid strip. Place the tool over the slot, hook in the back edge first and press down, note that the slot has a graduated edge at one end, which should be on the same side as the marking notch on the tool. Place the horizontal grid set against the glass and the upper glass strip, use a sharp pencil and make the marking in the notch on the tool. If you have wooden windows with a lower edge plate, no marking is needed at the bottom edge, as there is a steel clip at the end of the grid set that is fastened between the glass and the lower edge plate. For aluminum and plastic windows, clips are also needed at the bottom edge.

Nail the Clips in Place!
Now that you have made all the markings around the glazing bead. A tip is to wrap some tape around the hammer's head to avoid scratching the glass or causing an accident. To ensure the nail hits exactly on your marking, we recommend using an awl first. If you have plastic or aluminum windows, you need to pre-drill with a 1.5mm steel drill before nailing the clips in place.

Click Together Your Grids!
With our unique assembly system, you can easily click your grids together. Note that the horizontal grid strips have a beveled edge that should face upwards. Start by inserting the milled slot with the bottom part first, then rotate the grid into place. To open the slot in the vertical grid, gently bend the grid slightly. Continue with the next horizontal grid strip. Now just click the grid into its fixtures in the glazing bead.
