Manufacturing
With our machinery, we can easily customize variants and models according to customer preferences. In our automated process, we maintain tolerances within 0.2mm. All muntin bars and parts are inspected before delivery.
Packaging and Delivery
Your muntins are labeled with your own designation and packed together with clips, instructions, and tools. Standard muntins, flag muntins, and center post muntins are delivered in long, narrow packages. Cross muntins are delivered pre-glued for direct installation.
