Your Existing Grids

Replacing Old Grids?

Are your existing grids damaged or are you tired of scraping and painting?
Then switch to our PVC grids. You may also need to replace your existing grid clips, but clips for all ends of your grids are, of course, included.
Here you will find instructions on how to measure directly on your old ones.

Measure Existing Grids!

If you have existing grids that you want to replace, you can measure them directly.
The measurement we are interested in is the back of the grid, the side that faces the glass. Measure only the length of the profile, not the clip holders or any steel clips at the bottom. If you want the same alignment/distance between the bars, you can specify this in the free text under the "Alignment" tab when ordering. Measure from the top edge to the center of each bar. Select "Measurement from existing grids" when ordering, then no adjustments are made, and we manufacture exactly according to your measurements.

Measure the Angles of the Ends!

It is important to measure the angle of the ends, which are usually 0º - 30º. Also specify what type of attachment the grid should have at the bottom.
If you have another solution, we can certainly help you with that.
Please contact us!

Download Our Angle Template!

Print the document and cut out the protractor, fold it degree by degree until you find your angle, or cut out the different standard templates 10º and 20º to test. Remember to hold the template perpendicular to the glass for the angle to be correct.
