Our Profiles
Our profiles are made of durable and weather-resistant PVC plastic. They are colored in S-0502Y, a standard white for windows and carpentry. PVC can be painted if a different color is desired; use a plastic primer as a base and paint with any exterior facade paint or carpentry paint.

Installation of Standard Grids
Standard Grids are delivered with our unique solution featuring milled horizontal and vertical slots for easy assembly. The grooves of the grid strips are interlocked and twisted together for a perfect fit. No tools are needed and they can easily be dismantled by twisting them out of their slots.

Installation of Flag and Center Post Grids
Flag grids and Center Post grids, and variations where the grid strips meet without crossing, are delivered with guide pins and guide holes for perfect fitting. Insert the guide pins into the holes and press down, no tools needed.

Attachment in the Glazing Bead
At the ends of each grid strip, plastic clips are used for easy on and off mounting of the grids, for instance, during window cleaning. Different clips are mounted depending on the angle of the glazing bead. Our standard angles are shown below, but of course, this can be customized if your windows have something unique. We have a variety of clips to accommodate different types of windows and brands. For completely unique clip solutions, we have the capability to manufacture custom-designed clips in a weather-resistant and durable material, ASA.

Lower Edge Attachment
Attachments at the lower edge come in various designs. Common clips are most often used for plastic and aluminum-clad windows where no lower edge plate is present. A lower edge plate is typically used for wooden windows that have an aluminum strip at the bottom, where this clip is hooked on. A guide pin is usually found on older windows, a hole in the aluminum strip. If you have your own solution, you can choose without attachment.
